How do payment and deposits work for a school?
School events start at $1,000, a published floor your committee can budget against before the first call. School checks are accepted, and the deposit, balance, and processing details are laid out plainly in your contract — nothing left to guess.
What if the night runs long?
If the dance is rolling and you want to keep it going, overtime is $500 per hour, decided in the moment — never a surprise on the invoice. Everything is agreed in writing up front.
What happens if there's an emergency on our date?
Fair question, and it deserves a straight answer. I book one event per date, contracted. In a true emergency, a professional DJ from my personal network — fully briefed on your plan — covers the night, and if I can't secure a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund. That's contract language, not a promise.
